Very rude, no customer service I was spending approx $48 week here on their mousse slices, until they had a bad bat ch of gelatin which meant after an hour or two of coming out of their freezer! Yes they freeze them, not made fresh daily, pooled in water as the gelatin defrosted, Isobel cannot take customer feedback with grace, rather rude and arrogant she informed me she was not going to lose money by making another batch with replacement gelatine, rather she was going to keep selling this inferior frozen batch, till all sold THEN make a new batch. One should never sacrifice product quality over profit, yes Isobel I have followed your progress for years starting with a small stand at the markets thru to your expanded retail outlet, I congratulate your commitment to your venture, however, dont lose sight of reality quality product ALWAYS, be prepared to suffer a loss of an occasionsl batch of product to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, I hope you take this on board and wish you continued success. Beautiful little bakery Cafe right across from IGA. Often, it seems to get very busy, so it must be pretty good. I've gotten plenty of coffees, iced coffees, milkshakes, and baked goods from here many times before and never been disappointed. Just remember it closes fairly early (just after lunchtime), so get in quick! More
